Austin Mesick-Disney World as sacred

Defining a religious experience that is unlike any other. But the axiom explains to us that a sacred place is a ordinary place that can made sacred. What defines this place as sacred? Could Disney World be sacred to children? I believe that even-though this “magical kingdom” is man-made; it could certainly be a sacred place to some individuals. To children this is a place where there dreams can come true and to adults, this can be a place, where you become a kid again. Disney separates their amusements parks from others by catering to children. Whereas other amusements such as bush gardens and six-flags cater more to the middle class, young adults and teen-agers. Disney was originally made for the middle class and most of the middle class had small children. Disney wanted it to feel like an escape to a magical world, which could be considered a religious experience.
