What if most people smoked marijuana? And it was socially acceptable and legal? I think the world would be a fantastic place! Weed is a natural thing that would also help a hurting economy. The snack industry would be a flourishing market! I wouldn't force it on anyone because some people don't like the feeling and some people's bodies just don't react well with the THC. Even the famous actress Kirsten Dunst thinks that "If everyone smoked weed, the world would be a better place." and i can't argue that statement at all. 15 Million Americans over the age of 12 admit to using marijuana monthly. I Googled to get that statistic, and Marijuana is the most popular substance after alcohol and tobacco. There's probably a good 60-70 percent of the population who have used marijuana at least once... probably about 40% that use it on a regular basis. But what about the other 60% percent? Do they not do it because it's still some what socially frowned upon? There would most likely be less victims of stress related illnesses, such as ulcers or heart attacks, since marijuana relieves the psychological effects of stress, which then leads to physical effects. I think the world would be better off If everyone enjoyed a little cannabis, and they started using marijuana for more treatments for psychological illnesses and physical illnesses.
