Nate Thiel - Outside adventure 1

Walking in the wilderness is a great thing to do when you are bored. There are always so many interesting things around. If you listen closely, without moving, you can always hear the trees talking to each other. Recently, while on the Noland Trial, I noticed several turtles sunning themselves on the logs in the water. While I was watching them, some strange occurred to me, besides the fact that I was staring at turtles. I realized that although they are trying to warm up from the sun, they are also completely carefree. Then I wondered what it would be like to be without a care in the world. Since I can remember, I have always worried about something, whether it be school or just life in general. The turtles taught me something that day: that however crazy life can get, try to take time for yourself and just relax.
