Personally, I believe through practicing meditation and relaxing techniques individuals can better see and understand themselves and their surroundings. Meditation requires a mind over body mentality, one which calms your heart, breathing, and can even dissipate physical pain. With this mental advancement a reflection of inner self occurs, which in turn can be reflected into the physical visible world. By obtaining inner peace and spiritual discipline individuals notice more minuet details prevalent in everyday life whether it is on the Noland Trail or in the wilderness where society is miles away. Meditation is a life altering practice that only benefits one's Self and spiritual wellness.
