Bryan Deel Student Topic: Cowboys and Indians

When I was about 9 years old, I would always play with my friends in my neighborhood. I didn't stay indoors unless I had to sleep or eat. One of the game we would always play is Cowboys and Indians. We would go in the forest with our guns and pretend that we were in battle with eachother, and though I seriously doubt that they used nerf guns as we did, I appreciated something about our game.The wilderness set up an environment that caused my friends and I to be isolated from the rest of the world so that we could use our imagination, which is important in life.
