Bryan Deel Outside Reading: The Colby Reader

This reading claims that most people see wilderness as a wonderful and enjoyable, or they view wilderness as an economic opportunity. Wilderness is often defined as a place that has not been developed by human civilization. I believe that the preservation of wilderness is extremely important. We as humans should make sure that when we enjoy the wilderness that we leave no trace that can harm the habitat. I believe that wilderness is a very inspiring environment, but we must make certain that we always respect Mother Earth.
